I can't answer for other guys, even those close to my age as I am not them. However for me things are pretty stringent though simple.

1. I want a partner. I don't want someone who thinks they can change me into their Ideal of what a Man should be like, and doesn't humiliate me by looking at me as a Second child or by think she has to go behind my back and check what I do because she can't trust me to something right the first time; and my absolute favorite Assume all guys are the same and are cut with the same cookie cutter mold and thus expect me to fail before they even give me a chance to try...


2. I want someone who will reciprocate fully every step of the way from bills, to upkeep on the house and cars, and romantically.

3. I want someone who isn't afraid to commit, and who is emotionally available, and very affectionate. I am.

That's what I want...
