g

If I wanted someone down at heel I'd buy a puppyt

What is a strong woman anyway. Someone who could live without me? then yes, give me that type anyday.

Independent woman does not mean strong woman or vice versa.

It's almost like a woman should be complimented for being able to stand on her own two feet, this is 2017 not the 50's or earlier.

Who leads the home front?

You're from Nigeria mate, I'm from the UK.
Here it depends who gets home from work first, will probably cook.
Whoever has the most time in the morning will get the kids ready for school.
At weekends the housework is usually shared.
Here a wife is an equal, not your mother who runs round cleaning up after you.
It's a partnership usually intended to make each other's lives as easy and happy as possible.
If one is not working then they usually do most at home.
I assumed this was the norm.

Lol...I haven't even checked your nationality ...yes Nigerian but very international as well.
House chores are trivial . Househelps can do the chores. Not particularly talking about that. I would rather channel my energy towards providing for the home weather
hubby works or not....
Who determines the direction the family is headed?
I was taught the Man is the loving head of the home who fights for the family and the wife is his loving backup.

While, I am not making excuses for any Man secured or insecured..It could be that Men who are going international for bride seek for stability on the home front --- what is not on offer locally. President Donald Trump is a good example his wife has eastern European origin

At my former work place, a lady with whom I had a very cordial client- customer relationship with gave me a Playboy perfume as Xmas gift .
Consequently, an arguement broke out amongst my male colleagues as to what her intents were. Some opined that she wanted a romantic relationship with me that's why she gave it to me.
My fiancée then was very angry and accused me of flirting!! I never responded in that direction. I had never received such a gift from a lady before then.
She was in her late thirties and I was in my late twenty then.
Looking back now, I never cease to imagine what this elegant single mother intents were.
How would you interpret such a gesture?? Romantic intent or not??

Not sure what your job is.
As a client to professional relationship why would she present a gift to you?
Is she someone who truly understood what she was giving?
Was she ever suggestive with you?

Sometimes gifts mean nothing other than someone thought of you and they gave a thing that happened to be on sale

Thanks.
I was a bank staff.
Never paid any attention if she was suggestive as ----maybe my colleagues might have noticed what I didn't take cognisance of.

I would look at the overall way she interacted with me, if she asked a lot of personal questions , demonstrated flirtatious body language etc. If she didn;t I would chalk her gesture up to being nice, but my antenna would be up to see if she followed the gift giving with any other suggestive behaviors to decide if she was crossing the line

She treated me differently and I would always make sure she was well attended to ....I didn't pay attention if she asked any personal questions.
Thanks Peggy.

Ms. Harmony,

Welcome back, well I was thinking to myself is really bad to have another wife I know the Islamic religion adopts this behavior. So if a single man have more then a few girls in his cell phone contacts, would that be a taboo? I mean I'm single right now, but to be honest I did have a flash thought what life would be like 3 wives plus one? I don't know if I really go thru something like that, because I want to give my future wife all of me, but I was kind of curious of the ideal.

It'll suit you if you want to die young..... laugh laugh 5 wives ,5 concubines ...

I do not think age is an issue. Although, with men age can be more of an issue because men's sexuality is affected by age. This does not happened to women - in terms of function!
When choosing a partner, for me it is all about how attracted and/or interested I feel about the man.

It's not the age of a person that affects performance, the state of health determines that.

I agree. There is the story of a 95 yr old Man who had a son with a 25 yr old woman.

yeah, then 3 months later he dies of old age, she inherits all his wealth and the game plan worked... just ask the gal who married the actor , Tony Randall

Kindly explain more what you mean by a Man's sexuality is affected by ageing unlike women.
Doesn't a woman's sexuality depreciate with age? The boobs don't respond like they usually do during teens, twenties ,thirties etc lol....
Do they?

Jesus Christ is my righteousness.
He is my financier
Philipians 4:19:
But my God shall supply all my need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus....
Jesus Christ is our all round provider of both spiritual and physical supplies
Therefore, place a demand on heaven in the name of Jesus Christ .
Pray to God for a job in the name of Jesus Christ or healing or for salvation of souls
Further, He is called the word of God.

Welcome to mingle.
So many here are members of the church of Jesus Christ--- a spiritual body of those who have embraced him as Lord and Saviour.
