I do too! It's hard to trust someone after you have your hair screwed up. Not everyone can cut curly hair. I figure if I can cut my own hair pretty good, then I can do other's very well, LOL.

20 yrs, that's exactly how long I've been doing this, lol. Does that mean it's time to change careers? LOL. Nahhhh. I enjoy making people happy. Making them feel good about themselves again.

Just wish I could do the same for myself. Gone from long, curly dark hair, which is my natural thing, to short n dark, to medium and highlighted, which I'm not sure I like at all, and it's starting to get all wild n curly again. (having LOTS of bad hair days at this in between stage) Just wish it would hurry up and grow back out, and I'll color it back dark again, I guess.

Oh, I guess I did kinda leave it hanging. I work at home. A little beauty shop next to my house. I can drive the truck, it just looks like well, ummm, @##IT. I don't have to drive to work. But, rain is bad for business. No one wants to get their hair did on a rainy day.

I know what you mean about cleaning out the spare room. We just moved into this house 1 1/2 yr ago and I still have crap to put away, deal with, or whatever. The spare room is my shed/computer room. So, in my pic, you can see the boxes behind me, lol.

Dear Diary, I am SICK of all this rain. I can't finish planting my garden, or mow my yard, or wash my truck. And the body shop can't get the dent in my truck fixed because the paint won't dry well. ( I backed into a concrete pole a couple wks ago ). Not good. Going to cost too much$$$. So until the rain stops, I couped up in this house on this puter trying to make friends...

LOL, yah, BIG HUGE FLUFFY BATTLE CAT<LOL. He growls, or whatever it is that mean cats do, and gets all fuzzed up and refuses to let you out of the laundry room, LOL.

I've been working on afghans for my 2 children since this past September. It gave me something to do while the lights were out for 7 days during/after Gustav came through. Put them down for a while, but picked them back up a coupe days ago. Got to get them finished. Also, I work in my garden, clean, and get online.
